From the A30 (from Cornwall/West Devon/North Devon)
Take the A386 signposted towards Sourton off the A30, continue on this road until you reach Tavistock. Turn off the A386 at Parkwood Road and you will find Waters Edge on the left and the Foundry Mews on the right.
From the A38 (from Plymouth)
Take the turn off the Devon Expressway (A38) at the Manadon junction signposted to Tavistock on the A386. This road takes you directly into Tavistock, follow the road through the town and take the Parkwood Road turn off just before the town finishes, and you will find Waters Edge on the left and the Foundry Mews on the right.
From the B3357 (from the Moors)
Take the B3357 signposted to Tavistock, this road takes you into the town, at the junction with A386 which is called Tavy Road at this point, turn right and then left into Parkwood Road and you will find Waters Edge on the left and the Foundry Mews on the right.
