From the North/Exeter/South Devon
Exit the M5 at junction 30, and take the A376 (Exmouth Road) towards Lympstone for approximately 5 miles. Take the turning right for Nutwell Road, follow the road until you reach the junction, and at this point turn left and then immediately right into Trafalgar Road where you will find the development.
From the East/South East
Exit the A30 at Honiton, and take the A375 to Sidford, take the A3052 heading towards Exeter. At Newton Poppleford turn left onto the B3178. Follow signs to Exmouth, and then to Lympstone on the A376 (Exmouth Road). Take the Longmeadow Road turning for Lympstone past the station onto Burgmann Hill. Continue past the turning for Nutwell Road and take the first right to Trafalgar Road where you will find the development.
